Beta Program Terms
Last updated: June 21, 2026
1. Beta Program
The Suji Beta Program ("Beta") is operated by Farid Naderi EI. By applying and participating in the Beta, you agree to these terms in addition to Suji's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Beta Nature of Service
The Beta is a pre-release version of the Service. You acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features.
- The Service may be unstable and subject to downtime without prior notice.
- Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
- Performance and availability are not guaranteed.
3. No Service Level Agreement
During the Beta, no Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, response time, or support availability. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running but accept no liability for interruptions.
4. Data & Backups
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, you acknowledge that data loss may occur during the Beta. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any critical data. We are not liable for data loss during the Beta period.
5. Pricing
The Beta is a paid service. A valid payment method is required, and usage is billed hourly from prepaid credit at the same rates as general availability. Rates may change when the Service reaches general availability; you will be notified before any change takes effect.
Welcome credit. After you add a valid payment method, we credit your organization with €5 of promotional credit to get started. This welcome credit is granted once per customer and organization, has no cash value, is non-refundable and non-transferable, is consumed before any credit you purchase, and may expire or be revoked (including for abuse, duplicate accounts, or when the Beta ends). It is excluded from the refund and right-of-withdrawal provisions of the Terms of Service. We may grant additional credit at our discretion.
During the Beta you may also earn referral credit by inviting friends; see the referral credit clause in Section 3 of the Terms of Service for full details, including eligibility, caps, and expiry.
Suji's Terms of Service apply to the Beta in full, including the provisions on credits, refunds, and the consumer right of withdrawal.
6. Feedback
We may request feedback about the Service. Any feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
7. Access & Termination
Beta access is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke Beta access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also choose to leave the Beta at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
8. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose non-public information about the Service's features, performance, or security to third parties without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Farid Naderi EI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Beta, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
10. Bringing your own domain
If you attach a domain you own to an app, you are responsible for your DNS configuration and for the content served on that domain. In Direct mode your VM's public IP is exposed without DDoS protection, and you accept the associated traffic, abuse, and billing risk (including egress generated by attack traffic). In Cloudflare mode, the protection you receive depends on your own Cloudflare account and its configuration, which is separate from any use Suji itself makes of Cloudflare for the Service. This mirrors the corresponding clause of the Terms of Service.
11. Governing Law
These Beta terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
